Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution of technical and service-related issues.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting telco account problems, providing clear and technical guidance as needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams while maintaining customer engagement.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively support customers.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements during interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Ability to work on-site effectively in the Philippines
