A Customer Service Agent (Senior) is expected to:

  • Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including:
    • Emails
    • Facebook & Instagram messages
    • Facebook ad comments
    • Live Chat
  • All of the above channels are managed through a single system called Gorgias.

What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • 2+ years of call center experience (Emails and voice)
  • Amenable to working onsite in Eastwood, Libis, QC
