Hiring for roles in PALAMUN/ Manila, Cebu and Iloilo

Job Roles:

  • Achieves assigned targets and expectations on Sales, Forecast, Account Receivables (AR), Returns, and Customer Call.
  • Follows set monthly Master Productivity Plan (MPP). Execution and implementation of the initial stocking plan.
  • Develops rapport with trade customers to strengthen business relationships and gain an advantage vs. other suppliers.
  • Performs market insights gathering activities (Rx Surveys, Price Surveys, potential business opportunities, and competitor activities) and recommends action plans to boost sales.
  • Conducts regular coordination meetings with Business Partner representatives for planning and alignment purposes.
  • Timely and accurate submission of standard reports such as Weekly Expense Report (WER), Master Productivity Plan (MPP) Report, Collection Tracker and Weekly Forecast update, and other required ad-hoc reports.
  • Implements Trade Marketing Programs and other merchandising activities and submits post-activity reports to assess effectiveness.
  • Conducts business reviews and joint planning activities with Trade Customers and Business Partners to establish reasons for sales and Accounts Receivable (AR) performance deviation, identify opportunities and address gaps. Advocates the Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and Core Values.
  • Maintains organized files of pertinent records and documents as well as safe keep and maintains Company properties in good working conditions such as Company-issued car, GPAD tablet, and mobile phone.


  • Graduate of a four (4) year course, preferably Business & Marketing courses, or any related field.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in sales gained from any industry is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Basic selling skills, Microsoft Office, and Sales Forecasting, proficient in verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account, and time management skills.
