Job Description:
  • Contact vendors on our supplier list each month for their statement.
  • Maintain check list and ensure completeness of vendor statement collection.
  • Upload statements to Statement Matching portal.
  • Generate exception reports for each vendor.
  • Work with Accounts Payable team to resolve exceptions.

  • Salesforce experience
  • Financial/Accounting acumen
  • Excellent written communication
  • Good problem-solving and research skills
  • Excellent attendance
  • Warranty experience a plus
