Custodian Staff

The Role

Custodian Staff handles custodianship and inventory monitoring of original collaterals and securities for secured and unsecured products of SBF.

How you'll contribute

• Responds and Monitors request to deliver commitment to internal and external clients.
• Scanning and uploading of all documents for availability and ease of access to other units.
• Validates records by updating the status of collateral documents for proper handling.
• Monitors safekeeping and pull-out of Collaterals inside the vault to avoid loss that may result client complaints.
• Prepares Securities / Collateral and Loan documents custody Certification requested by Client.
• Organize Securities/Collaterals and loan documents by proper filing inside the Collateral Envelope to avoid damage or loss.
• Perform other tasks essential to support the needs of the business.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Business of any relevant course
• At least 1 to 4 years of experience in Banking and Financial, Clerical and Administrative
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Lending process and documentation.
• Organize, decisive, result-oriented and a team player.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
• Hard-working and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
