Curation Lead (For Active Pooling)

• Review and collect content from a range of areas with an emphasis on the sector the company operates
• Recognize online personalities, trends, and cultural conversations
• Identify and emphasize the greatest material across a variety of topics, such as lifestyle issues that are relevant to the company
• Keep current with best practices and offer content strategy suggestions
• Determine and monitor the metrics needed for evaluating the effectiveness of content curation campaigns
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely publishing of content
• Edit and optimize content for search engine optimization
• Perform quality assurance checks on all content before publication

• 1+ years of experience in (digital) content curation or a related position
• Experience with Flipboard, Twitter Lists, Newsletters, and Curata
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, IT, English, or a similar field
• Experience with:
• Automated curation techniques, including social rating and collaborative filtering
• Using and navigating large curation databases
• Obtaining permission clearance
• Ability to make content decisions even when information is limited, work effectively in a team and autonomously, and implement different projects at once
• Capacity to detect and minimize risks, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize activities
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and technology skills
