A. STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
- Responsible in receiving identified exchange basis items for proper stacking and storage.
- Responsible for inventory of items by proper entry in bin cards of all out items for the shift.
- Responsible in executing credit memos of returned unused items by the patients for discharge.
- Entry of receiving reports to the system from other units.
- Assists in special purchases of medical supplies as mandated by the superior.
- Prepares list of supplies below par level that needs to be re-ordered.
- Submits monthly inventory of assigned area of medical supplies as mandated by the CSS supervisor.
Technical
- Responsible in receiving of requests to ensure all supplies has been replenishment and rendered in a short period of time.
- Responsible in preparing of all requested materials/stocks for issuance.
- Assists in receiving and checking of delivered supplies and monitors proper stacking of the items to its respective racks/shelves
- Prepares requested materials/stock for pull out of items for issuance.
- Responsible for cleaning and disinfection of machines used for the patients.
- Records all lent out and returned machines and equipments, and instruments and monitors proper charging on an hourly and daily basis.
- Collects requested supplies from the Warehouse.
- Receives and issues instruments in the absence of the technicians.
