CSR Sales Representatives

Location: Makati City (Onsite)

Salary: ₱20,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Incentives (can be as high as 62K)

Are you a sweet-talker with a knack for closing deals We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Call Center Sales / CSR Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the heart of Makati City. In this role, you will handle outbound or inbound sales calls, connect with international clients, and turn conversations into conversions.

• Compensation: ₱20,000 standard basic salary.
• Incentives: Performance-based commission structures (the more you sell, the more you earn).
• 6mos Probationary Period

• Initiate phone calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Listen actively to customer needs and handle objections smoothly to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM database after every call.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand integrity.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Experience: At least 6 months of BPO sales experience (Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Upselling) is a major plus, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate/Undergraduate.
• Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Mindset: High emotional resilience, a positive attitude toward rejection, and a strong drive to hit targets.
• Availability: Willing to work onsite in Makati City and flexible with shifting schedules
