We're an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Credit Officer, is responsible in supporting the business in assessing credit applications in a timely and accurate manner, working in a fast-paced environment we work closely with our Sales team to provide the best outcome for our customers.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Your day could see you:
Performing serviceability assessments based on bank statements and other financial documents.
Approving or declining loans from $5,000 to $150,000 depending on your Delegated Lending Authority
Determine the credit worthiness of applicants based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Assessing loans within agreed timeframes.
Communicating with stakeholders to achieve the right result for the business and the customer.
Strong communication skills in English. A good conversationalist who can share their ideas and opinions with confidence.
An ability to manage complex and unique transactions with a creative mindset.
Demonstrated experience in underwriting, credit assessing and/or lending in an environment where you had exposure to bank statement transactions.
Experience working in a start-up or high growth business is an advantage.
High level of motivation, drive, and initiative
Attention to detail, can-do attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is a top priority.
The ability to work in fast-paced, team orientated environment.
Knowledge of detecting potential fraud is an advantage.
