Job Description

ACCIONA, in its Infrastructure division, is looking for a Country HR Manager in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities & Functions

  • Collaborates with the global corporate HR teams in the design, and is responsible for the implementation of, all Southeast Asia strategies and policies in consultation with the director, and in consultation with Corporate HR in HQ, Madrid.
  • Define strategies, frameworks, and conditions in consultation with key AIC stakeholders regarding key HR policies and processes including Recruitment, Total Compensation, Performance Planning, Training and Development, Talent and People Planning.
  • Implement the Bonus Plan System and plan for recommendation with the Country Director.
  • Responsible for corporate culture development enhancing the overall vision for ACCIONA in Southeast Asia and defines new challenges and innovative solutions.
  • Implement the operating objectives for HR, including Global RRHH objectives and plans.
  • Lead the development process for general management and leadership skills and cascade HR frameworks to the general employee group and specific knowledge for the Management team.
  • Ensure the efficiency and integrity of the Acciona payroll system, ensuring statutory deductions and all other compliance requirements have been met, both for local and expatriate employees, considering global income.
  • Makes high impact decisions and recommendations on all terms and conditions of employment.
  • Identifies changes to HR systems and processes to align with Business plan.
  • Helps identify key individuals and creates and implements strategic development plans for these communities of employees together with the Corporate HR teams at HQ level.
  • Ensures all internal mobility policies are met and implemented adequately
  • Ensures all immigration requirements are met for all international mobility processes.
  • Ensures that objectives for HR are aligned and met to achieve Global Policy requirements while adding value to ACCIONA.
  • Monitor and develop solutions for Acciona to retain and recruit high performing employees
  • Ensure the integrity of Acciona HR systems and principles across Southeast Asia operations including JV.
  • Recommend annual total compensation adjustments.
  • Proposes, develops and implements a local talent attraction strategy together with the Acciona Talent Teams.
  • Required Skills And Competencies

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management & Master of Business Administration or master's degree with a Human Resource focus preferred
  • 8 years experience including 5 in int'l HR
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Spanish is valuable.

  • Ability to travel to assist the company´s needs at corporate and project level, both locally in SEA and occasionally to HQ in Spain.
