The opportunity

You will part of an amazing global business and could work with experienced staff to develop your project management skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and administering all project cost and commercial functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets and forecasts comply with the client requirements.

  • Assisting in procurement and commercial management of all pre and post contract stages of the project which will be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.

  • Coordinating the additional resources as required across the business unit.

  • Preparing material and cost estimates of prospective projects.

  • Preparing BOQ's using different standard method of measurements and formats.

  • Ensuring the maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management.

  • Preparing of financial reports.

  • Producing of final accounts.

  • Managing the subcontract and materials orders.

  • Developing commercial awareness of the site team.

About you

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. With 12-15 years of pre and post contract cost consultancy experience. Familiar with CostX for measurement. Familiar with the different standard method of measurement used in preparing BQ.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
