JOB DESCRIPTION

Leads in engaging, assessing, developing, and maintaining relationships with external partners (UN, CSOs, NGOs) on implementing programs, projects, and activities with the Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB).



Functions and Responsibilities:


1. Project Implementation and Strategies

a. Serves as Partnership Focal Bureau

b. Ensures compliance with project and partnership agreements

c. Attends and represents DRMB on meetings with external partners and stakeholders

d. Regularly coordinates with partners on implementation of programs and activities

e. Monitors and maintains all ongoing partnerships of the Bureau through a database and coordination with Division Partnership Focals

f. Conducts partnership evaluation with organizations

g. Works in close collaboration with the DSWD Resource Generation and Management Office (RGMO)

h. Assesses partnership evaluation with organizations and

i. Provides technical input/s on discussions, meetings, and formulation of project proposals.

2. Documentation and Reporting

a. Drafts Partnership Agreements (Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding/Cooperation Agreement) with strategic partners

b. Documents agreements during meetings

c. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual accomplishment reports for the Bureau Director, Undersecretary, and other stakeholders and

d. Prepares project proposals/concept notes.

3. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
