PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCY-BASED)

Education

:

Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Business Course, Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, Legal Management, Operations Management or related field.

Training

:

Minimum of Thirty (30) hours of learning and development intervention covering quality management training, ISO Certification and/or any related training.

Experience

:

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience handling Quality Improvement Management, International Organization for Standardization, Total Quality Management or any related experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Section Head, shall be responsible towards the accountability of improvement of processes, procedures in achieving quality policies, mandates and strategic priorities of the Division and whole Department.



Functions and Responsibilities:


1. Supports the Section Heads on the monitoring, reviews and accountabilities on Task Force - Consolidated Annual Audit Report (TFCAAR) documents

2. Handles and acts on all complaints and grievances from customers, clients and other stakeholders pertaining governing the Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law at given timeline

3. Consolidates data related to the grievance to identify trends or areas for improvements

4. Assist in the performance of all activities governing internal control operations of the Internal Quality Assurance Team

5. Participates in Quality Audit Activities

6. Prepares and ensures that All necessary audit reports are being submitted on its designated timeline

7. Drafts activities and interventions relevant to internal control and auditing system, processes and procedures

8. Supports and assists the Section Head on the checking that operational efficiency and effectiveness are achieved through control risks

9. Ensures that operational management is being consistent based on the mandates of the Division and the whole Department

10. Develops, procedures, policies, measures and criteria covering internal controls and

11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

1. Grievance under EODB Law Reports and Monitoring

2. Internal Control Documents

3. IQA Reports

4. Agency Action Plan and Status of Implementation (AAPSI) Reports and

5. Communication memo and letters
