Job Description
S & L Fine Foods, Inc. is the Philippines fast-growing importer & distributor of fine foods from Australia, Europe, Asia, and the USA. We cater to hotels, restaurants, catering, retail, and other food service establishments. We are looking to hire a Compliance Officer as we look to accelerate the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all government licensing and accreditation agencies for accurate, complete, and timely submission of requirements for renewal of licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The Compliance Officer is primarily responsible for the processing of transactions at the Local Government Agencies.
  • Acts as a liaising representative of the company to all government offices, agencies, and all other related external entities for licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations.
  • Processing of transactions mainly at the following offices: BIR, SEC, BOC, various City Hall offices/departments, etc.
  • In-charge of proper filing and safekeeping of documents.
  • Preparation of documents and reports.
  • Filing of accounting documents and receipts for liquidation of expenses.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City
QUALIFICATION:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): interpersonal, documentation, and internet usage
  • Can act as a liaising representative of the company
  • Knowledge in processing documents mainly at the following offices: Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), City Treasurers Office,
  • Knowledge of proper safekeeping and filing of documents
