Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing the weekly menu for all the employees.
  • Prepare foods for cooking or serving according to food health and safety standards.
  • Setting up, cleaning, or organizing workstations.
  • Recommending ideas for special or seasonal dishes.
  • Storing all food properly
  • Supervise the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining, food storage, and kitchen sections and other related materials, appliances, and equipment of the staff house
  • Budgeting and liquidation for food supplies
  • Reordering stocks and food supplies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
