Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to review and draft company agreements (i.e. Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreement). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of obligations and contract, capable of contract negotiation and free-form drafting, and the ability to interpret, identify and explain contract terms.

Review and interpret agreements (i.e. Retail Lease agreement, Amendment, Power of Attorney)
Draft and review agreements (i.e. Master Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work)
Provide support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
Maintain and update contractual records and documentation.
Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and organizational policies..
