Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Contract Quality Management Specialist with strong experience in contract commerce management within the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality contract management processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and improving contract quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires strong coordination, quality management, and stakeholder management skills to support business operations, contract fulfillment, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Contract Quality Management activities across business groups within the Representative Office
- Ensure contract quality through collaboration with Account Departments, Marketing & Solution Sales, Sales Business, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Define key review points and quality criteria during the contract signing process based on business scenarios and customer requirements
- Implement contract quality review protocols and monitor quality performance throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
- Drive improvement initiatives to address recurring contract quality issues during contract signing and fulfillment
- Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational efficiency and contract governance
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending quality improvement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Commerce Management within the Telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of contract commerce processes, customer requirements, and business operations
- Experience in sales project management, delivery/service business, and site project management
- Background in quality management and project management is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in quality tools, methodologies, and process improvement techniques
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, influence, and problem-solving capabilities
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis software such as Minitab
