Job Summary

  • The Interface and Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of contracts and interfaces between various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role involves ensuring that contracts are effectively negotiated, executed, and adhered to, while also managing communication and relationships between different parties to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Contract Management:**

- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors.

- Review and draft contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations.

- Handle contract modifications, amendments, and terminations as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.

2. **Interface Management:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between stakeholders.

- Facilitate meetings and discussions between parties to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

- Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments.

- Identify and address potential conflicts or gaps in communication.

- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

3. **Risk Management:**

- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and interfaces.

- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

- Monitor changes in project scope or requirements and assess their impact on contracts and interfaces.

- Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**

- Prepare reports and presentations on contract and interface management activities.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project agreements, communications, and decisions.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on contract performance and interface issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in contract management, interface management, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and agreements.
