Job Description:
. Provide medical services to employees, which includes but are not limited to:
o Take vital signs.
o Dispense OTC medicines.
o Administer flu shots.
o Give first aid treatment and remedies for ailments.
o Assist company physician during consultations.
. Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
. Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.
. Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
. Maintain records.
. Receive and check office documents (i.e., Invoices) as needed and endorse to appropriate party.
. Maintain, anticipate, perform inventories, and request orders for administrative consumables (such as but are not limited to office, pantry, and medical supplies)
. Assist in creating, processing, and monitoring of employee ID cards.
. Notify recipients of the inbound shipments
. Release shipment to respective employees
. Perform assigned tasks and produce efficient results.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements
. Must be a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of related work experience, medical and administrative.
. With BOSH, First Aid Trainings, and strong knowledge of MS office programs are an advantage.
. Fluency in the English language (both oral and written)
. Superb written and verbal communication skills
. Good looking personality and communication skills
. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
. Hardworking and eager to learn.
. Able to work under minimal supervision can execute instructions and procedures.
