Position Summary
The Senior Director leads the development and execution of strategic alliances that drive business growth across both the integrated resort and online gaming verticals. This role is responsible for identifying transformational opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and managing high-impact relationships across the industry. The Senior Director will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial and strategic value to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Develop and implement partnership strategies that support company goals in revenue growth, digital transformation, and regional expansion.
Drive market entry initiatives, including new business models, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Identify emerging technologies and platforms that align with gaming, entertainment, and hospitality innovations.
Leverage partnerships to support new verticals High-Level Negotiation & Deal Execution
Lead end-to-end partnership processes including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of deals.
Structure complex commercial agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and risk mitigation, joint ventures, and revenue-sharing models.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a team of partnership managers and analysts to drive execution excellence.
Promote a high-performance culture aligned with collaboration, innovation, and compliance.
Work with various internal departments such as marketing or business units to ensure successful partnership integration.
Analytics & Performance Management
Define KPIs for partnership performance; manage reporting dashboards, ROI tracking, and strategic reviews.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy, ideally in gaming, hospitality, or digital sectors.
Proven success in leading partnership negotiations and delivering business growth through alliances.
Excellent leadership, negotiation capabilities, strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Strong network within tech, payments or digital related ecosystems.
Networked within the Ecommerce or any related industry.
Experience working with B2B and B2C models across online platforms.
Fluency in Filipino and English; other regional languages a plus
