Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Assistant, located in Mandaluyong. The Collection Assistant will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, communicating effectively with clients, resolving financial discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to the company's financial policies. The role involves analyzing account data, maintaining accurate records, and providing superior customer service to facilitate timely payments and address client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Finance experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing account data and resolving issues
  • Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software and financial management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with local financial regulations and practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
