Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Open to work with at least 1 year contract.
  • At least 5 years of backend or client services-related work experience in a luxury retail brand/industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills -10/10 English fluency and non-neutral, American accent.
  • Willing to work following the Eastern US time zone.
  • Willing to work during Philippine weekends and public holidays.

  • Remote work and a laptop will be provided.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home.
  • 100% Work from home set-up.
