Job Description

Position: Client Services Director

Reports to: Senior Executive Director, Business Solutions

Sector: Business Solutions

Job Location: Business Solutions

Role Purpose:

Business Solutions provides a range of services to create and implement the Neom Corporate Services Target Operating Model (CSTOM). The role is to build and manage the Client Services team within Business Solutions organization. The team provides a single interface for entities in Neom as they progress on their operationalization journey and require a range of support services from the central Corporate Functions within the Neom organization.

Key Accountabilities:

Build, manage and motivate a diverse team of experts to ensure service delivery excellence from the Neom Corporate Center to the Neom ecosystem.

Client Services:

  • Business Relationship Management between Clients and the Corporate Functions
  • Establishing and ensuring Service Agreements / Pricing / Service Catalogues / SLAs are valid for each organisation type and with each corporate function
  • Identification of service requirements for existing clients including new capabilities required from the Corporate Center
  • Ensuring Corporate Functions provide accurate SLA and operational reporting to Clients

Business Operationalisation:

  • Enabling the effective operationalization of Subsidiaries through the support of corporate functions
  • Management of all organizations going through the operationalisation process, ensuring effective support and facilitation from centralized corporate functions to ensure alignment and compliance with strategic design, process and organisation setup
  • Identification of service requirements for new client organizations including new capabilities required from the Corporate Center
  • Business readiness advisory and support to entities

Solution Design:

  • Design / customization of Corporate Services operating model for each entity as required
  • Design of new services as required by clients

  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.


  • Bachelors degree (minimum)
  • Desirable for additional professional qualifications (eg. process excellence, programme management)
