Job Description

Job Type:Permanent (Full-time)

Work Arrangement:Work from home/Remote

Work Schedule:US Eastern Time

About the role:

  • At least5 years experience in customer service/client service mainly supporting retail clients
  • Experience with luxury brands since you'll be catering to VIPs, and VVIPs all the time (preferred)
  • 10/10 English fluency with an American accent; written and oral with a US accent or has twang when speaking

Other Details:

  • Must have a stable internet connection at home
  • Will be working on weekends and Philippine public holidays
  • Amenable to work for for 1 year contract
  • Amenable to work on fixed night shift work schedule (US Eastern Time)
  • Aside from your resume/CV, include a 1-2 minute video/voice clip to introduce yourself
