As the Fund Servicing Associate I for the Transfer Agency Product Group, you are part of the Operations business line and will providekey value added functions for Clients including:

  • Processing of all investor related activities
  • Carry out Know Your Clients checks on investors
  • Regulatory and Tax reporting for investors and the funds administered
  • Accurate and timely processing of account opening, account maintenance, deals/trades processing, pricing, settlement of cash and reporting functions

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring complete, timely and accurate submission of all deliverables.
  • Ensureaccurate and timely transaction processing (account opening, account maintenance, deals/trades processing, pricing,cash processing/settlement,reportingand reconciliations), accurate trade processing,review and reporting in accordance with the established work practices and procedures of the Transfer Agency Group.
  • Accurately record money movement and reconciliation of the same in accordance with the established work practices and procedures of the Transfer Agency Group.
  • Carry out Anti-Money laundering (AML) checks whilst displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the established practices, processes and procedures of JPMorgan including in-depth industry awareness.
  • Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate and professional manner, for submission to Oversight Team.
  • To Co-ordinate with the Oversight Team in conjunction with clients and internal stakeholdersthe quarter and year end process timetable andtoensure all items are completed accurately by the deliverable date
  • Provide support to the Oversight Team through investigation and analysis and provision of relevant data,to resolve client queries as required
  • Lead and/or participate in internal and external projects
  • Lead team meetings including governance meetings
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as required.
  • Preparation ofOperational documents (i.e.service leveland resiliencydocuments)
  • Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Head of Transfer Agency/senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant Financial Institution (FI) experience is required.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Transfer Agent administration systems
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid Interpersonal skills ability to interact effectively both with individuals & teams, a team player.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills ability to communicate effectively to different styles at all levels.
  • Assume accountability through willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.
  • Adaptability to maintain standards and adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements.
  • Initiating action and escalating potential risks to minimise loss.
  • Commitment to provide high standards of quality client service.
  • Efficient planning and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines and team objectives, with an ability to prioritise key tasks whilst working under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task in the completion of any assigned functions.

  • Able to work under limited direction
  • Ability to attain in depth knowledge of the technology and applications used within the business.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Transfer Agent experience is preferred.
