Job Description
As a Chat Support Associate, you will assist customers through online chat by answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns through written communication.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support
- Provide accurate information and timely assistance

- Document chats and account updates accurately
- Escalate concerns when needed
