CENTER DIRECTOR
Basic Qualifications
Preferably with Girl Scouting background;
With relevant work experience (at least three (3) years in supervisorial/managerial capacity);
With strong leadership, managerial, and analytical skills;
Results oriented, innovative, and service oriented;
Highly dependable, persevering, and able to relate well with people;
A team-player, and can work well with intergenerational groups;
Must be creative in developing solutions to management challenges, and is able to quickly develop comprehensive and systematic solutions to these challenges;
Can work under pressure and is willing to work long hours;
Excellent in oral and written communication; especially in writing report;
Proficient with MS Office and Accounting applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.)
General Duties
The Center Director shall primarily be responsible for the overall operation of the National Program and Training Center including business affairs, the management and supervision of staff, maintenance of its facilities, properties and buildings, activities/events in relation to the promotion of Girl Scout Program.
