Job Description

As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing seat utilization within the organization. Your responsibilities will include meticulously tracking seat reservations and movement across various sites, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Additionally, you will generate a comprehensive weekly seat utilization report, offering valuable insights into usage trends and patterns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel experience
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills

  • Maintain Seat Utilization file and Seat Masterfile
  • Keep track of the Seat reservation and Seat Movement per site
  • Generate a weekly seat utilization report
  • Provide a real-time Seat utilization report
  • Weekly sweeping with the Facilities Admin Team
  • Process creation: Trigger a site expansion
  • Process creation: Trigger a site reduction
  • Adhere to timelines and Project deadlines
  • Analyzing data from Seat utilization
  • Regression study on the staff working on site
  • Check staff location and compare the current site
  • Analyze staff working onsite vs service fee
  • Enhance reporting skills and innovate existing reports
  • Other tasks requested by the superior
