Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and implement various user operation campaigns (holiday promotions, deposit bonuses, points/lottery activities, etc.) to ensure attractive and well-structured mechanics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to launch campaigns on schedule and achieve desired outcomes.
Promotions Strategy Management
- Develop differentiated promotion schemes based on user segmentation and lifecycle (e.g., new user first-deposit, retention programs for existing users, VIP-exclusive offers).
- Optimize promotion intensity and distribution rules through data modeling and user profiling to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation
- Regularly monitor the performance of campaigns and promotions, tracking key metrics such as conversion rate, retention rate, ARPU, and ROI.
- Provide optimization recommendations based on data insights and establish an iterative improvement cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in operations within the internet or gaming/betting industry, with solid knowledge of campaign planning, promotion mechanisms, and user operations.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel.
- Good understanding of user behavior in the betting/gaming industry, with the ability to design effective strategies based on data insights.
- Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and ability to drive cross-functional projects efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in large-scale gaming or online entertainment platform operations.
- Familiarity with user segmentation, CRM, A/B testing, and other operational tools/methodologies.
- Awareness of betting industry regulations and compliance requirements.
