Job Description

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Energize teams and stakeholders in collecting data, conduct diagnostic analysis, identify opportunities that positively impact quality, cost, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction, and present action plan to management
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Conduct Business Case Analysis & Process Re-engineering for the company and the clients
  • Team up with various stakeholders in upholding compliance in all organization policies, standard procedures, and other regulatory body (ISO, Quality Management, Information Security, etc.)
  • Validate control plans and governance processes set up in the business
  • Establish, maintain, and publish project and initiative dashboards
  • Co-pilot for team members in project work, and providing assistance to understand and utilize a portfolio of operational excellence and change management tools
  • Staying up-to-date on various technology driver-process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Scope: Process Improvement

  • Responsible in the formulation of operating guidelines and procedures on systems, products, services, and operational concerns
  • Understanding management and customer needs of the process and driving initiatives (focused on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence)
  • Create workflows for business process through flowcharts, procedural notes and associated documentation as required
  • Perform audits as scheduled to ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are being complied by all departments
  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data needed for review of process and performance
  • Identify, design, recommend and document the improvement of business processes of the company and the clients
  • Ensure effective execution and evaluation of the performance of implemented procedural initiatives and automated processes
  • Create and enforce process excellence policies and procedures to ensure efficient project review and analysis prior to execution
  • Provide thoughtful leadership and advice to management on process improvement and in developing transformational business cases
  • Calculate financial cost & benefits

Scope: Project Management

  • Facilitate project blue-chip meetings to ensure stakeholders are aware of the purpose of each project and have been involved in the design, planning, and implementation of every process improvements
  • Determines and defines project scope and objectives
  • Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Provide data-driven decisions and recommendations to ensure allocation of resources and maintaining cost efficiency are considered during project execution
  • Oversees the preparation of annual and other recurring projects status and updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about any strategy, adjustment, and project progress

Scope: People Management

  • Role may start as individual contributor but should eventually be capable of handling a subordinates
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Three (3) Years Well-established Experience as Business Analyst, Process Excellence, and similar roles
  • People management experience is a plus but not required
  • Well verse in MS office and presentation tools(Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Solid background with Projectand TimeManagement
  • Exceptional Level of Commitment towards Customer Experience
  • Experienced in developing and implementing various end-to-end process improvement initiatives at a time
