Business Development Sr. Manager/ Director
Salary Range: PHP100000- PHP105000
Region: Metro Manila Area
We are looking for a Business Development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and above, business or marketing-related major preferred
5-8 years of healthcare business development and account management experience Self-motivated and can handle extreme pressure on business lead generation
Knowledge of HubSpot (CRM) is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS 365 Suite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse population
Analytical thinking and proactive mindset
Motivated to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented culture
Excellent time management, organizational, and business management skills.
Must have substantial sales and presentation experience with top-level decision-makers (Executives)
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a spirit of cooperation
Must have strong attention to detail, be productive and responsible, and be able to meet deadlines when necessary
Capable of working nights or graveyard shifts (following PST time), flexible with work hours, and willing to travel when necessary
