Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for various crucial aspects of our client's lead generation and conversion process. This includes leading the efforts in lead tracking and management, ensuring that all interactions with leads are accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in platforms such as SFDC and Outplay.



Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Fri 9:00 AM To 05:00 PM ET
Work setup: Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Conducting lead generation by reaching out via email, phone, and social media to engage prospective clients.
  • Must have near-native English language proficiency

Required Software/Tools: Salesforce (mandatory), ZoomInfo, and Outplay (preferred)

  • Lead Qualification: Rigorously evaluate and qualify leads from provided data sources to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Proactively reach out to qualified leads to schedule appointments for AEs. Ensure these appointments are well-aligned with the AEs schedules and sales strategies.
  • Multichannel Outreach:
  • Email Communication: Utilize email platforms, including Outplay, to effectively communicate with leads, providing relevant information and nurturing their interest.
  • Phone Engagement: Engage with leads through phone calls to establish a more personal connection, assess their needs, and schedule appointments.
  • Social Media Interaction: Actively use platforms like LinkedIn (if relevant) and Instagram for outreach, leveraging social media tools to connect with and qualify leads.
  • Lead Tracking and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in SFDC and Outplay, ensuring a seamless handoff to AEs.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed set targets for lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the in-house sales team to align strategies and provide regular updates on lead generation and appointment scheduling progress.
  • Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends and provide feedback on lead responses, contributing to the refinement of outreach strategies.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and best practices in outreach and data handling.
