Job Description

Salary: 40,000PHP/month + commission

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow revenue from existing accounts across a range of industries.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels (LinkedIn, email, social, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and solutions.
  • Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft proposals, media plans and pitch decks that address client needs and highlight our case studies.
  • Lead and run client pitch presentations, handle objections and negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Collaborate with marketers to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients, setting clear expectations and success metrics.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue forecasts and pipeline health, and report regularly to management with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our services (analytics, content, strategy, design, media).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms and competitors to position JET.AVE as a strategic partner to clients.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, advertising, martech, SaaS or related services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a healthy pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, performance ads, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions and tell compelling stories to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile boutique agency environment; proactive, resourceful and hands-on in driving deals end-to-end.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a consultative, solutions-focused approach to selling.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the Singapore market is preferred; international experience is a plus.
