Job Title : Business Development Manager


Responsibilities :

Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders especially the Senior Management Team in progressing opportunities
Accurate forecasting of future business to support the successful delivery of all projects
Build professional relationship with internal and external customers, ensuring sales
opportunities are maximized and enhancing KPMG's reputation as an advisor of choice
Achieve sales targets supporting the strategic plan for growth
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Plan, develop and oversee new marketing initiatives for lead generation
Expand business in existing accounts and open new opportunities in greenfield accounts
Represent the firm in conferences, industry events and other relevant meetings
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Assist in developing quotes and proposals for clients in compliance with KPMG policies
Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Train personnel and help team members in business development initiatives
Share knowledge, give constructive feedback and coaching/mentoring to other team members
Understand the wider offerings of the firm and gain a good understanding of broader sector / client trends, issues, needs, and potential applicability / relevance to services offered by the group.

Qualifications :
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role
Team player with the ability to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project/client goals
Able to communicate clearly with impact that is open, honest and consistent
Acts as role model for business development and lead generation
Time management and planning skills
