The Business Development Manager will help drive the company growth throughidentification and engagement of current and prospective clients, with an end goal ofengaging company as their staffing vendor of choice. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for IT staff augmentation services
- Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizationsand connecting with key stakeholders such as strategic Senior Executive andManagement level contacts.
- Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts & org chartdevelopment.
- Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize businessdevelopment strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value ofcompany, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize company's staffing services.
- Prepare and present professional services proposals.
- Work with Client to obtain qualified job requirements and educate Client on serviceofferings and process.
- Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internalcommunication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis touncover revenue opportunities.
- Maximize existing relationships by engaging clients as their primary touch point.
- Interface with internal teams to ensure all lines of business are effectivelyrepresented to our customer base.
- Update and maintain Client information in accordance with company's standards.
- Track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information.
- Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional salesenvironment especially in technology
- Proven track record of success in business development, specifically within the IT staffingindustry
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing market trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andinfluence key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high level of motivationand self-drive
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
