Business Development Executive

JadeCaps is a Bangalore & Singapore based short-term rental platform leveraging AI to drive growth for home owners and landlords. The company aims to bridge the gap in the Asian short-term rental industry by providing a robust digital infrastructure for landlords. JadeCaps vision is to spearhead the growth of the short-term rental industry in Asia through innovative AI applications.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at JadeCaps in Panaji. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales or business development
• Knowledge of the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
