Role Overview

You will be on the front line of SecondTalent's US growth engine. This is a high-volume, outbound-first role. You will cold call US-based CTOs and HR leaders, qualify their hiring needs, and book discovery calls.

What You Will Do

  • Execute 80 to 120 outbound cold calls per day to US-based tech companies
  • Reach CTOs, HR Directors, and Heads of People responsible for technical hiring decisions
  • Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Handle US objections and gatekeepers professionally and persistently
  • Log all activity accurately in HubSpot immediately after each call
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and hit weekly meeting-booked targets
  • Work US business hours (EST and PST priority), this means evening to late night PHT

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound cold calling experience in B2B SaaS, staffing, HR tech, or outsourcing
  • Neutral or US-accented English with strong spoken clarity
  • Proven experience handling US objections and gatekeepers
  • Comfortable working a US-aligned shift (approximately 8 PM to 4 AM PHT)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of hiring, HR, or EOR concepts is a strong advantage
