Business Development Associate

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Pasig. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and effectively communicating with potential clients. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing strategies for client acquisition, and participating in meetings and negotiations to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar business development or sales role, preferably in the call centre or outsourcing industry
• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive and results-driven attitude
• Experience in the call center or BPO industry is a plus
• Solid understanding of the local and global call centre market
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
