Business Analyst

Pag-asa Steel seeks motivated Business Analysts who will assist in strategic initiatives and process improvement.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, documenting, and improving business processes
• Performing data analysis and conducting market research
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, IT
• Delivering reports to senior management
• Interfacing with external suppliers and stakeholders
• Managing a project work schedule, from planning to implementation stages

Preferred candidates will possess these qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Information Systems Management, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate and/or entrepreneurial environment preferred for junior hires; those with more relevant experience will be considered for senior roles
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership ability and intellectual curiosity
• Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) mandatory; experience with statistical / reporting / data visualization, ERP, and design software a plus
