About The Role
Lead the optimization of digital customer experiences and marketing initiatives across our website, partner platforms, and digital ecosystem. Drive data-driven decisions, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement, conversions, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Channel Management & Product Updates: Ensure smooth platform operation with updated features. Collaborate with Product and Tech for customer-driven releases. Optimize content and monitor performance.
Customer Journey Mapping & Conversion Optimization: Analyze feedback, optimize journeys through A/B testing, and develop partner marketing assets. Conduct market research to inform product and UI/UX strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure a unified, customer-focused approach.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor website performance, and report to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of program management and business analysis experience in a digital environment.
Proven track record of website management and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
Strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience presenting customer journey flows to partners.
