Job Description

Project/Service Name: Business Analysis Services

Short Description:User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing and Pre-implementation Support

Job Description:

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Collaborates with clients and account managers to define project scope and objectives.
Works with stakeholders to detail system requirements and functional specifications.
Coordinates with developers to assess feasibility and propose optimal solutions.
Documents requirements and secures client approval.

2. Testing & Pre-Implementation Support

Plans and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
Supports users during testing, monitors progress, and escalates issues as needed.
Prepares status reports and coordinates with project managers on delays or concerns.

3. Implementation Support

Ensures readiness of users before implementation.
Communicates project go-live status and supports users post-implementation.

4. Consulting & Ongoing Support

Advises users on system features and functionalities.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
