Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and develop, execute, and evaluate marketing activities for the assigned segment (B2B). In this role, you will plan and oversee marketing initiatives and sales performance for the B2B segment. This includes the design, research and development plans to find new markets and opportunities together with the Sales team.

As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact through brand planning and execution. Your role will include the development of the brand plan and strategic plan for assigned brands to define market approach, commercial targets, and brand priorities in institutional and industrial segments. You will also co-develop annual marketing programs with Sales and category teams derived from category strategies, to ensure alignment with customer and channel requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years of progressive Brand Management experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or a related industry (B2B)
  • Working background in Business Development, Customer Management, and Project Management
  • Intermediate skills in Marketing Data and Information Analysis, Market Potential Analysis, and Forecasting and Trending
  • Working background in Fieldwork Implementation, Brand Planning, Brand Communication Research, Brand Performance Analysis, and Marketing Communication
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas
