Job Description:

· Handles Business-to-Business (B2B) sales in the BPO industry.

· Conducts thorough research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

· Generates leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media networking, and industry events.

· Promotes the company's services by addressing clients objectives through social media and other marketing materials.

· Manages social media campaigns and website content for branding and promotional initiatives.

· Prepares sales presentation decks, company portfolios, service information, and sales contracts for prospective clients, including arranging business meetings.

· Builds long-term relationships with new and existing clients, manages feedback, and provides after-sales support.

· Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.

· Stays updated on company services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
