We are looking for a skilledBoomi Developerto join our team and support HR and Workforce Management initiatives. The role requires expertise in Boomi integration development and strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange across HR and enterprise platforms.

Required Experience & Proficiency

• Boomi Integration Development.
• UKG (Kronos) and Oracle HCM platforms.
• API integrations, data mapping, and transformation logic.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of similar Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling & Forecasting, or Contracts systems.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based HR and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance in HR integrations.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Optimize existing Boomi processes and implement enhancements as needed.
• Document integration workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Support Workforce Management initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data exchange across platforms.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining project focus.
• Work within a team environment, reporting to theWFM Dev & Maintenance IT Delivery Manager.
