What You'll Do
- Review case details and validate billing information for accuracy and completeness
- Process daily invoices and enter billing data into the system in a timely manner
- Verify case information using internal systems and external websites
- Research and respond to billing- and payment-related inquiries
- Maintain organized billing and accounting records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, sorting, and proofreading
Key Criteria
- Must possess 2+ years of billing or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet-based systems
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Experience handling high-volume, repetitive administrative or data entry tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing processes and client requirements
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
