Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee, tea drinks, breads and meals that meet quality standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings- Observe relevant health and safety standards
Strong customer service and communication skills- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve quickly- Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent patrons.
- Ability to follow directions
