Job Description

  • Ensure ingredients and equipment are in good condition.
  • Comply with all quality control and food safety laws.
  • Assist in mixing and assembly of ordered food and beverage items. Follow standard recipes served at the bar.
  • Coordinate promptly with Supervisor and Baristas for instructions on event services.
  • Manage transactions with customers using POS system.
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit and issue receipts or refunds.
  • Inventory management including supplies inventory, supplies labeling and receiving deliveries from Commissary.
  • Observe proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all times.
  • Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
