Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets
- Document customer interactions properly in the system
Qualifications
- At least 12 months of Voice Call Center experience
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Preferably with insurance account experience
- B2 English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
