Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support and manage relationships with our B2B clients, including insurance companies and facility management firms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for client communication and service coordination.
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm UK time with one hour of unpaid break
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Manage day-to-day client communication, primarily via email, including job bookings, inquiries, and status updates
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and provide accurate, timely information
- Track and report job progress, ensuring full transparency throughout the service lifecycle
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in the plumbing, heating, electrical, or locksmith industry.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of emails efficiently
- Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing client interactions
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling bookings and reporting
- Ability to work independently after onboarding, with minimal supervision
- Confident and professional phone presence
Role Details:
- Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Focus on B2B accounts within the insurance and facility management sectors
- Structured 2-week onboarding and training period led by the client
