We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Finance Reporting Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Finance Reporting Senior Analyst - C12) based in Citi Plaza, Taguig City, Philippines. In this role, you're expected to:

• Performing process reviews/enhancement/streamlining and UAT system testing coordinate on the implementation of reporting changes, which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required, providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements
• Support the preparation, review, and submission of the country's other head office reports such as Foreign Currency reports, Country Exposure Reports, Quarterly Memo cable, Cash flow reports, etc.
• Provide guidance on US Regulatory reporting requirements.
• The analyst will take support the head office reporting process, which include Quarterly Memo cable, FAS107, among others. The analyst will assist in the management of the flow of information needed to monitor, enrich, and influence the business decision process, and will provide support on head office financial reporting. In addition, the analyst will be providing support in interpreting account changes, maintaining a rigid system of internal controls in the record-to-report process, ensuring compliance of head office reporting requirements, and providing the pertinent financial information reports to facilitate the needs of the business. The analyst will monitor progress on existing IMR, CPR's etc. on a regular basis. Work closely with production leads, technology team, etc. and ensure fixes to existing production data quality issues are identified.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Strong background in one or more of the Reporting Operations disciplines or areas of Finance (can include Prudential Reports, RWA, CCAR, Liquidity Reports or other Finance or Risk Reporting).
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent in experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
• Clear and concise communication (written, verbal) skills.
